Bridal Services

Bridal Trial Run

•Bridal Trial Hair: $125

•Bridal Trial Makeup: $150

90 minute to 2 hour session

A trial is extremely recommended for the bride! This is very helpful to make the wedding day go smoothly so that we may practice more than one look. This session will be held at Haute House Salon in Harrison, AR. During this session we will have an in depth consultation on your bridal goals, and how to achieve them. Pictures for inspiration are most definitely welcome!

Trial runs are not required. Availability is not guaranteed, please schedule in advance for preferred availability. Please arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean face (if receiving makeup services).

Wedding Day Glam

•Bridal Hair: $125

- 45/60 minutes

  • Bridal Makeup: $150

    - 60 minutes

  • Wedding Party Hair: $95

    - 30/40 minutes

  • Wedding Party Makeup: $105

    - 45/50 minutes

  • Flower girl (age 9 and under) Hair: $40

    - 25 minutes

  • Flower girl (age 9 and under) Makeup: $45 *does not include false lashes

    -25 minutes

    I am able to provide up to 8 services per wedding. Hair styling and makeup are their own services, ex. One bridesmaid is getting hair and makeup done that is two services. This can be all hair services, all makeup services, or a mix of the two. If you require more than 8 services I am happy to recommend stylists I closely work with and trust to help me glam your party.

Minimum Total for On Location Travel:

To ensure each bride receives my full attention and care, I schedule only one wedding per day and a limited number of weddings per week. Because of this, there is a Bridal Booking Minimum of $500 required for Friday-Sunday weddings to reserve your wedding date.

This minimum can be met by a combination of bridal hair, makeup, and additional services for the bride or bridal party.

If you are the only one receiving services, you're absolutely welcome to book for Bridal hair and/or makeup only! In that case, the minimum still applies, and your investment will reflect that—for example, bridal hair ($125) + makeup ($150) totals $275, so the remaining balance would still be required to meet the $500 booking minimum.

Travel

Local Travel

There is a $20 booking fee. This separate fee is in addition to the service pricing, not a deposit towards services. The booking / travel fee is non-refundable and non transferable, is to be paid after quote is sent and contracted services are agreed upon. This fee covers set up/clean up and travel within 40 miles of Harrison, AR on the wedding date. Please read below for any travel beyond 40 miles of Harrison, AR.

Extended Travel

The extended travel fee helps cover the time and cost associated with travel. While traveling, the artist is unable to perform other client work or commitments, leaving it necessary to include travel time in addition to the service pricing.

Hourly Rate for Travel Time

•$30 per hour round trip

ex. If your venue is 2 hours away = 4 hour round trip - $120 travel fee

*If the need for an overnight stay arises the bride is responsible for accommodation costs

Fine Print Important Details

Entire wedding party: Hair must be clean and completely dry I do not account for blow out time and will not have time to dry hair.

Max amount of services: 8. Alexandrea Fowler can only perform a dedicated amount of services depending on timing, please see timing reference above with services. A timeline will be created for the booked services, provided by Alexandrea Fowler.

Multiple stylists may be needed for large parties and time restraints. If an additional stylist is needed, Alexandrea Fowler may offer recommendations for other artists to add on to your team. Alexandrea Fowler is not responsible for additional stylists booked separately.

The deposit is half the amount of services totaled and must be paid in order to book. Services must be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of the wedding. Once payment is received it is NON REFUNDABLE.

Brides, or booking parties, are responsible for payment to Alexandrea Fowler for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party. Wedding party members can pay the bride, or booking parties, if all are paying separately.

Any other fees associated are the brides, or booking parties responsibility (ex. valet, parking, tolls, lodging, travel time, if needed etc) and may be required depending on location and time.
